VAYE Express orders are shipped with PostNL, DPD, or DHL.

A VAYE tracking number will be sent by email 24 hours after the order is processed from our warehouse.

VAYE offers free shipping.

• We would like to inform you that all shipments to Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, and the United States are subject to customs fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of the package. The amount of customs fees may vary depending on the value and type of goods.

We recommend that you inform yourself about the possible customs fees before placing your order to avoid any surprises. For more information, you can contact the customs authorities or our customer service.

For all orders, the delivery time may be a little longer than you are used to from us. When you cancel or return your order, there are no refunds for those orders. It is only possible to receive a voucher. This is because these orders are delivered on demand by our supplier during this period.
